Our Fundraiser / Donation Shred Days can be utilized by any individual or business looking for a great way to generate income or build good will by offering a much needed service.
Our commitment is not just to have a Shred Day, but to make it an “Event”! By combining the secure shredding service with high energy personnel, we’ll help you achieve your financial goal
Here is a synopsis of how our program generally operates, remembering it can be tailored to meet your needs:
• Event Day: Saturday • Event Time: 10 A.M. – 2 P.M.
• We provide our mobile shredding unit, personnel, EZ Up tent and booth
• We hand out identity protection material, jelly bellies and your information
• You advertise beginning 90 days in advance all the way up to the event via flyers, local newspapers, on line information centers, etc. (We provide you with guidance you need!)
• You set the per box donation price
• You have at least one representative on site during the event
• We unload the materials from your customer’s cars and perform the shredding
• You collect the donations
• Your organization keeps all revenue received in excess of our daily fee
