Free Shred Days
At the heart of our giving is our Free Shred Day Program for non-profit organizations.
This program is reserved for those organizations looking for a great way to raise monies to fund their programs by offering a much needed service with a minimal investment of time and money on their part.
Our commitment is not just to have a Shred Day, but to make it an “Event”! By combining the secure shredding service with high energy personnel, we’ll help you achieve your financial goal while building good will with your supporters…and provide a fun, energetic environment while doing so!
Here is a synopsis of how our program generally works, remembering it can be tailored to meet your needs:
• Event Day: Saturday
• Event Time: 10 A.M. – 2 P.M.
• We provide our mobile shredding unit, personnel, EZ Up tent and booth
• We hand out identity protection material, jelly bellies and your information
• You advertise beginning 90 days in advance all the way up to the event via flyers, local newspapers, on line information centers, etc.
• You set the per box donation price
• You have at least one representative on site during the event
• We unload the materials from your customers cars and perform the shredding
• You collect the donations
• Your organization keeps 100% of all funds received
